Answer this question: What can change your emotional state faster than anything?

The answer is: your interaction with another person. Especially, if that person is important to you.

Our interactions with the people closest to us (our family members: spouses, children, parents, siblings, or close friends, coworkers, bosses, etc) affect our emotional and mental state the most. This is why I can tell you as a Certified Relationship Coach: your relationships can make the most powerful impact on your wellbeing in general.

Discover what you can do TODAY to improve your relationship dynamics with the most important person in your life (besides yourself) and make a powerful, positive shift in your mental and emotional state.

“Elevate, Educate, and Empower”

… This is my method when working with my coaching clients.

Having been a healthcare professional and a college educator for many years, I use all my experience and expertise from the past, blend it with the current methods of strategic intervention coaching, and weave it with guided imagery and visualization, as well as some energy work to coach my clients with holistic approach.

This means that when I work with you as my client, I work with the whole person, addressing all the dimensions of your wellbeing: your physical body, your mind, your spirit, your emotions, as well as the social and environmental aspects of life. When we work together, we work on you meeting all 6 of the Human Needs: Certainty, Variety, Connection, Significance, Growth, and Contribution. My goal is to guide you to identify what exactly makes you happy and what you need to achieve your goals and meet your needs.

I elevate you by working with you to raise your vibration using guided imagery, then I educate you by giving you the tools and strategies that help you identify and meet your needs. Then I empower you to keep using the skills and strategies learned with me and to keep applying them in your life to achieve fulfillment and joy in all the dimensions of your wellbeing.

Besides working one on one with clients, I have created workshops, webinars, and seminars. I have been invited to speak and State and National Conferences around the US.

My most current project is working with the parents of children with ADHD.

Being one of such parents and having had to struggle for years raising my daughter with this condition, once I finally figured it out, I want to help other parents of kids with ADHD, so they would not have to go through what I did. This is why I am hosting a Program “From Havoc to Harmony: 5 Steps to Restore Peace at Home and Rebuild Relationship with Your ADHD Child/Teen” – learn more about it here.
